A leading UK AV integration business is looking for an experienced Senior AV Installer to join their delivery team, working on high quality commercial projects across London and the South East.

This is a hands on installation focused role where you will take ownership of on site delivery across a wide range of AV and video conferencing systems. The work is consistent, well planned, and centred around delivering clean, professional installs in live client environments.

Most projects are based in London and surrounding areas, meaning minimal time away from home and very limited overnight travel.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering end to end AV installations across commercial sites including corporate offices, meeting spaces, and multi room environments.

Typical work includes:

* Installation of video conferencing systems and collaboration technology
* Mounting and commissioning displays, screens, and control systems
* Structured cabling, termination, and rack patching
* On site system setup, configuration, and testing
* Supporting occasional fault finding and small service work
* Working alongside project managers and engineers to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation

What They Are Looking For

* Strong background in AV installation within commercial environments
* Experience with video conferencing systems such as Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms or equivalent
* Confident working independently on site and managing install phases
* Solid understanding of structured cabling and system commissioning basics
* Professional approach when working in client facing environments
* Full UK driving licence

Desirable experience with platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Yealink, Poly or similar would be an advantage.
