My client, is in the need of a sharp, experienced Business Change Analyst who can hold complex technology change together from end to end. You'll be the connective tissue across a multi-technology, telecoms environment — keeping testing, stakeholders, and BAU transition aligned and moving.

What you'll own

• End-to-end change management — from design through UAT and into BAU handover
• Coordinating testing conversations, translating outcomes for business stakeholders, and keeping sign-off on track
• Managing change impacts, dependencies, and risks across complex multi-vendor network environments
• Building trusted relationships across technical and business teams, closing the gaps before they become blockers

What you'll bring

• Solid business change analyst experience in telecoms, network, or complex technology programmes
• Hands-on UAT coordination — managing defects, driving sign-off, keeping business stakeholders in the loop
• Comfortable across multiple technologies and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong communicator who can cut through technical complexity and keep everyone aligned
