• Led implementation of eProcurement / P2P systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Oracle)
• Delivered end-to-end procurement transformation (process design, TOM, governance)
• Strong stakeholder management across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations
• Process mapping, optimisation, and automation (including RPA where applicable)
• Data-led spend analysis and reporting improvements
• Supplier onboarding and digital enablement
• Change management and user adoption strategy
