M&A Integration Lead (Contract)

A major international organisation is working on a rolling portfolio of M&A transactions and are looking for an experienced M&A Integration Lead to play a diverse role across multiple transactions.

You will lead on full-lifecycle post-deal work including integration strategy, the definition of scope, objectives, and roadmap, as well as planning, mobilisation, and execution, delivering current state and landing architectures. You will also having oversight of the implementation including the technology PMO; and implementing monitoring and effective communication across functions and committees. There will also be opportunity to be involved in some pre-deal work, i.e. due diligence, where required.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 5+ years M&A integration experience across several full lifecycle M&A deals
• Extensive experience in integration planning and integration, both business and technology
• Expert programme planning and management for complex strategic change initiatives
• Principal industry experience in non-financial services related industries (retail, pharma, supply chain etc).
• Ex-Consultancy (Big 4 / Strat house) is preferred but not required
• Pre-deal experience is highly beneficial
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a Senior Manager equivalent contract, at £750-850/day PAYE role (employers NI etc. paid in addition to rate). Initial six months on a rolling portfolio of work.
