Network & Technology Operations Specialist
We are looking for experienced Network & Technology Operations Specialists to join our dynamic client teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, 24x7 operational environment, supporting critical IT infrastructure and services.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a key point of contact for infrastructure and network-related issues.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across compute, storage, networking, and security systems.
- Support service delivery and compliance with operational procedures and SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, developing runbooks, automation, and operational guidance.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with engineering, vendor, and client teams on complex technical challenges.
- Participate in shift rotations and on-call schedules as required.
Technologies You’ll Work With:
- Networking: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Arista.
- Servers & Compute: Linux environments, Hypervisors, High Performance Compute clusters.
- Cloud & Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, Private Cloud deployments.
- Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible.
- Monitoring & Tools: SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Jira.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, or cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience managing or supporting critical infrastructure in high-availability environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, ITIL, or Network+ are advantageous.
