Senior Manager - SAP FICO Consulting

About the Role:

Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team, supporting clients across various industries with their SAP transformation and optimisation projects. You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance solutions, from design and configuration to testing and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure FI and CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, and HR) to ensure integrated solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and provide post-go-live support.
• Advise clients on best practices and process improvements.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Proven track record in at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• S/4HANA experience highly desirable.
