Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable procurement solutions across enterprise platforms. The role will focus on architecting end-to-end procurement processes, integrating intake, sourcing, and ERP systems, and ensuring solutions align with business, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end procurement architectures across intake, sourcing, contracting, and P2P
• Lead solution design using one or more of: ServiceNow, ORO, Jaggaer, Zip, or Ivalua
• Own system integrations with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
• Define integration patterns, data models, and workflow automation
• Provide architectural governance and design assurance
• Support implementations, enhancements, and platform optimisation

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect
• Hands-on experience with at least one of: ServiceNow, ORO, Jaggaer, Zip, or Ivalua
• Strong understanding of procurement processes (S2P / P2P / S2C)
• Experience designing system integrations and APIs
