Technical Business Analyst

We are currently seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts for our client, a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between technology teams, programme leadership, and business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Partner with network engineers, solution architects, and infrastructure SMEs to document end-to-end technical and business processes.
• Support network migration activities, including mapping current-state to target-state architectures and identifying dependencies, risks, and remediation plans.
• Drive clarity around requirements for replatforming projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and regulatory standards.
• Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, and impact assessments.
• Assist in test planning, validation, and acceptance criteria to ensure smooth migration and successful programme delivery.
• Contribute to programme governance with status updates, RAID management, and stakeholder reporting.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale cloud, infrastructure, or network transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure concepts (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, connectivity, cloud networking).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to capture and articulate complex technical requirements in a clear, structured way for both business and technical audiences.
• Experience in migration programmes (applications, networks, or infrastructure) with an understanding of dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Skilled in requirements gathering techniques, business process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
