We're looking for a talented and driven Developer to join a growing Digital Transformation team working on cutting-edge products designed to reshape the way professionals in finance and audit work. The Digital Transformation function sits within a well-established professional services firm currently undergoing exciting growth. What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with other developers on code reviews, feature design, and deployment planning.
• Build across the entire product stack:
• Frontend: modern, responsive user interfaces
• Backend: scalable APIs and application logic
• Data Layer: analytical tools and processing engines
• Independently lead features or projects from discovery through to release.
• Support junior team members through mentorship and code pairing.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving large datasets and workflow automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Backend: Python, Django
• Frontend: JavaScript, React, Next.js
• Version Control: Git
• Ability to design and maintain performant, data-heavy backend systems with external API integrations.
• Experience developing responsive UIs that perform well across devices and browsers.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to take full ownership of technical tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
