Senior & Principal Consultants x4 – Agile Transformation (Financial Services)

Location: Central London

Working pattern: Hybrid – typically 2–3 days per week in the office or on client site

Travel: Travel to client sites as required

Salary: Competitive market salary with a car allowance and annual bonus

Job description

We are partnered with a leading consultancy and thought leader in organisational agility, supporting major clients across the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, Pensions, and Insurance.

They are looking for Senior and Principal Consultants with strong experience in Agile transformation to help clients deliver better outcomes, faster. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to design and embed operating models, ways of working, and transformation programmes that drive tangible, measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support large-scale Agile and business transformations within Financial Services organisations
  • Design and embed agile operating models, organisational structures, and ways of working
  • Work closely with client leadership teams to connect strategy to execution at portfolio and team level
  • Drive cultural, behavioral, and capability change at scale, working with clients rather than to them
  • Apply Lean, Agile, and Product-centric practices to improve delivery, flow, and value creation
  • Support executive enablement through strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary consulting teams across strategy, digital, operations, and change

Required Skills

  • Financial Services expertise across banking, insurance, asset management, payments, or pensions
  • Agile transformation at scale, including benefits tracking and value measurement
  • Business design and operating models, creating practical, end-to-end solutions
  • Agile ways of working, supporting senior leaders in adopting and sustaining agility
  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), including OKRs, portfolio Kanban, funding models, and demand prioritisation
  • Product management and lifecycle delivery, from discovery through to delivery
  • Executive and stakeholder engagement, including enabling functions such as HR, Finance, and Risk
  • Strong consulting skills: analytical thinking, client focus, collaboration, and clear communication
