  • Business Planning & Strategic Analysis
  • Develop, refine, and stress-test business plans, including financial models, market sizing, competitive analysis, and commercial strategy.
  • AI Support Model Assessment
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI adoption across workflows, products, and customer journeys; translate technical concepts into actionable business recommendations.
  • Technology Platform (B2B) Support
  • Contribute to the design, improvement, and scaling of B2B technology platforms in both B2B and SAAS model's including user requirements gathering, feature prioritisation, and product-market fit assessments.
  • Consulting Engagement Delivery
  • Support end-to-end client engagements using structured problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and clear communication to deliver actionable insights.
  • Founder / CEO Support & Flexibility
  • Act as a versatile right-hand resource to founders or the CEO, taking on varied responsibilities across strategy, operations, product, and research as the venture evolves.
  • Market & Customer Research
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate insights that inform product strategy, go-to-market plans, and commercial decisions as we expand outside of Asia.
  • Operational & Program Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities, track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution in a fast-moving start-up environment : CEO led.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare clear, well-structured presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients. This may include Board material.
  • Support Data Interpretation & Insight Generation with CFO and CEO
  • Analyse operational, financial, and market data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions or improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation Mindset
  • Proactively identify process enhancements, new technologies, and opportunities for innovation that support the venture's growth and differentiation

Background:

* 2-5 year consultancy experience

* self starter and flexible

* numeric and excel model experience
