Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are working with one our long-standing trustee clients to support their search for a Development Analyst to join their business solutions division. Within this position, you will work with the business solutions manager to enhance systems and supports teams throughout the business with IT solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the full change lifecycle, including requirements, assessment, implementation, testing, and release activities. Contribute to configuration planning and delivery.
• Manage support issues, defects, and change requests, ensuring timely triage, allocation, and resolution within agreed timescales.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for key support activities.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have SQL experience
• 2/3 years of experience in programming/coding
• Strong stakeholder management experience
