Compliance Manager - Information Technology

London – Hybrid (3 days in the office on average)

£75,000/£85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re working with a growing international technology consulting organisation headquartered in London that supports global clients with digital transformation, cloud adoption, data and AI solutions.

They are looking to hire a Compliance Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives across the organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring the business maintains strong regulatory standards while supporting continued growth and integration activity.

You will work closely with senior leadership across legal, technology, finance and operational teams to maintain compliance frameworks, oversee certification programmes and strengthen enterprise risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and certification frameworks including ISO 27001 and ISO 9001

• Manage internal and external audits and regulatory assurance processes

• Develop and maintain enterprise risk and governance frameworks

• Support compliance integration across acquisitions and business growth initiatives

• Provide senior leadership visibility of risk, controls and compliance performance

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit or Regulatory Assurance

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and compliance frameworks

• Experience working in technology, consulting or professional services environments

• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
