Pension Client Manager

Would you like to work for a rapidly growing Pensions technology & consulting business who is looking for an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service, commercial delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery and client relationships
  • Drive revenue, growth and profitability across your portfolio
  • Build trusted partnerships and secure strong client satisfaction
  • Work closely with operations to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Provide accurate reporting and support proposition development

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Pensions administration, consulting or client management
  • Strong understanding of the UK Pensions landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Competent with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel to offices, client sites and events as needed
