Pension Client Manager
Would you like to work for a rapidly growing Pensions technology & consulting business who is looking for an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional client service, commercial delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day service delivery and client relationships
- Drive revenue, growth and profitability across your portfolio
- Build trusted partnerships and secure strong client satisfaction
- Work closely with operations to ensure high-quality delivery
- Provide accurate reporting and support proposition development
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Pensions administration, consulting or client management
- Strong understanding of the UK Pensions landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Competent with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel to offices, client sites and events as needed
