Platform Proposition Analyst

Alexander Lloyd are partnered with an expanding Reinsurance business in the heart of London that are looking for a Platform Proposition Analyst, you will be ensuring a seamless quote-and-apply journey through the online portals and platforms. By identifying opportunities for improvement and working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help shape a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Analyse and optimise the end-to-end digital operating model, supporting the quote and apply journey via portal and platform.
• Identify friction points in customer and partner journeys and collaborate on enhancements to improve experience and efficiency.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide sign-off for digital portal developments.
• Collaborating on test plans for new features and coordinate testing across multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and act as a subject matter expert for technology partner queries.
• Manage third-party supplier relationships and oversee contractual arrangements.
• Lead defect management processes and resolve day-to-day operational queries with back-office teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating test scenarios and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Previous experience in project management.
• Confident communicator, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UK retirement products and/or financial intermediary distribution channels.
• Use of Quote Aggregators or Product portals.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Desirable (but not essential): Experience with XML, JSON messaging services, or platform integration.
