What You’ll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment - warm desk in all sectors and seeking someone to launch Robotics.
• Owning client relationships (retained & contingent)
• Candidate-led approach with high-quality, targeted outreach
• Leveraging AI tools (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent sourcing)
• Building a specialist vertical in a high-demand US market

• 📍 Manchester-based (3 days in office)
• 🌍 Focus: US tech market
• 💼 Permanent roles only
• 💰 Base: £35k – £60k
• 💸 Commission: flat 40% (no fluff, genuinely competitive)
• 🎯 Average fees: £40k–£60k+
