This is not a training ground — it’s a platform for experienced recruiters who want to make serious money and build a niche .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full 360 recruitment - warm desk in all sectors and seeking someone to launch Robotics.
- Owning client relationships (retained & contingent)
- Candidate-led approach with high-quality, targeted outreach
- Leveraging AI tools (e.g. workflow automation, intelligent sourcing)
- Building a specialist vertical in a high-demand US market
Key Details
- Manchester-based (3 days in office)
- Focus: US tech market
- Permanent roles only
- Base: £35k – £60k
- Commission: flat 40% (no fluff, genuinely competitive)
- Average fees: £40k–£60k+
