Customer Success Executive

The Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Customer Success Executive based in Central Bristol. This role provides account management and some expertise to the Commercial and Customer Success teams. You will manage customer onboarding, implementations, and training, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the Technical Customer Success Assistant to deliver successful outcomes for customers. The role requires strong customer focus, sound technical understanding, and the ability to support multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities will include

  • Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signature through to successful go-live.
  • Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Deliver engaging customer training sessions both remotely and on-site.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, implementation plans, and meeting notes.
  • Monitor customer health, gather feedback, and communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Identify project risks early and coordinate successful resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Technical Services teams to deliver solutions.
  • Produce customer guidance and best-practice documentation.
  • Support the Commercial Manager in delivering strategic customer initiatives.

The Person

Our client is looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering technical solutions.

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.

The Location:

Central Bristol – 100% office based

The Hours:

Monday – Friday 40 hours per week

£30-33,000
