Join us as a MS Dynamics 365 Developer:

We're looking for a confident and articulate Microsoft 365 Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience implementing, customising, and optimising solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem particularly Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Dynamics solutions that enable business transformation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead or contribute to the design, build, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Solution Development & Customisation: Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plug-ins, and integrations within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Configuration & Optimisation: Configure Dynamics modules (eg, Sales, Service, Finance, Operations) to meet specific organisational requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues across multiple environments, maintaining platform stability and performance.
  • Security & Access Management: Design and manage robust role-based access controls and security permissions across Dynamics and integrated Microsoft services.
  • Integration & Extensibility: Work with APIs, Power Automate, and external systems to extend Dynamics functionality and integrate data across platforms.
  • Data & Reporting: Leverage Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable intelligence.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code: Support or contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform or similar tools to ensure consistent and reproducible deployments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Azure engineers, solution architects, and business analysts to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation (CRM, ERP, or CE modules).
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, customisation, and solution deployment
  • Proven experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with security roles, permission models, and data governance within Dynamics.
  • Exposure to Azure services, APIs, and full-stack development concepts (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience implementing end-to-end Dynamics solutions, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to solution design.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft's evolving product ecosystem and best practices.
