We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth consumer and data technology business that operates across multiple brands and is building a best-in-class growth and lifecycle function.
This is a senior individual-contributor / leadership role with real ownership, strategic influence, and the opportunity to turn lifecycle marketing into a core growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and executing lifecycle strategy to drive activation, engagement, and retention
- Owning multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, SMS, WhatsApp, AI-driven journeys, and direct mail)
- Building scalable, automated customer journeys across multiple brands and segments
- Leading experimentation and test-and-learn initiatives across the lifecycle funnel
- Partnering with Product and Data teams to ensure robust tracking, segmentation, and insight
- Managing lifecycle performance measurement, reporting, and optimisation
- Acting as the lifecycle subject-matter expert in cross-functional planning
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
- Proven experience owning lifecycle strategy end to end
- Strong multi-channel execution background
- Comfortable working closely with data and product teams
- Experience managing people or leading strategic initiatives
- Analytical, commercially minded, and action-oriented
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
