The Opportunity

This is a high-impact Strategic AE role focused on a small number of complex, high-value enterprise accounts.

You’ll work directly with C-suite and senior product/technology leaders to drive adoption of AI-led customer engagement solutions, shaping how some of the world’s largest organisations interact with their users.

This is a true hunter role with significant ownership, designed for top performers who want to operate at the very top end of enterprise sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and closing a pipeline across 15–20 strategic enterprise accounts
  • Driving new business through self-sourced activity (80%+ outbound focus)
  • Building deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CPO, CTO, VP Product)
  • Leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with technical and business buyers
  • Positioning AI-driven solutions with clear ROI and strategic impact
  • Navigating £1M+ deal cycles from discovery through to close
  • Contributing to a high-performance, fast-scaling commercial team

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experience (10+ years total)
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing $1M+ deals
  • Experience in strategic/named account roles
  • Strong consultative selling approach (MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Background in AI, conversational tech, or selling into product/tech buyers
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments

Package & Details

  • £115K–£130K base + £230K–£260K OTE (uncapped)
  • Accelerators on self-sourced and account growth deals
