About Alknoma

Alknoma is building Ayven, an agentic problem solver designed to improve team collaboration. It handles multi-day tasks, executes autonomously, and acts as an extension of a team. We’re early-stage, the environment is dynamic and we all share the same passion for making AI and automations work for us and our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate product-leaning generalist to help us get to the next level. We're a small team where everyone handles everything from GTM, product development, operations and everything in between. You’ll apply your creativity and curiosity to not just execute, but also identify gaps, pivot the direction and improve yourself every day.

You’ll get the opportunity to travel to represent Ayven at various events, directly impact the direction of the product, and also our culture. Most people will watch the AI shift from the outside. You’ll be inside it, building it, talking to clients and seeing what’s real and what’s noise.

Where this goes

Over time this evolves into one of two directions based on what you're good at:

1. Go-to-market / sales, marketing, customer acquisition, revenue ops
2. Product / strategy, feature development, product-led growth

You'll touch both and will figure out which one you care about.

Who we're looking for

You've done something that proves you can figure things out without someone telling you how. Maybe a side project, maybe an automation that saved your old team hours a week, maybe you started something yourself.

• You automate things. You see manual, repetitive work and it bothers you. You don't just complain about it but you jump in to fix it.
• You're a generalist who ships. Thinking is great, but we need someone who finishes things.
• Ambiguity doesn't paralyse you. There's no playbook. Our priorities change often and sometimes the answer is "figure it out."
• You are curious. You love learning new things and putting them in practice. You’re not shy from taking risks and learning from them
• Willingness to jump into the product side. You’re willing to test it, break it and build the best version of Ayven. You don’t need to be a pro, we would help you to become one. The key is that the desire to learn new things motivates you.

Who this isn't for

If you need someone to define your role clearly before you start. If you want to advise but not execute. If you expect a structured day every day and constant hand-holding.
