Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at All Office LTD, located in Widnes. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique AV needs, and ensuring the delivery of customized solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts and quoting when needed, developing strategies to meet client objectives, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects, and identifying growth opportunities within the accounts. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Relationship Building, and Client Interaction skills
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Familiarity with AV solutions, including integration, projection mapping, digital signage, and audio systems
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and projects effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other enterprise tools
- Ability to work on-site in Widnes on a full-time basis
- Prior experience in AV solutions, technology, or a related field is a plus
