Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to step up in a thriving and supportive MSP environment?

A well-established Managed Service Provider based in Coventry is looking to add a confident and capable 2nd Line Engineer to their growing support team. With over 15 years in the industry, they’ve built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality IT services to a broad range of clients, and they’re now looking for someone to grow with them as they continue to expand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 2nd Line support across a variety of customer environments
  • Working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Managing and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions using Datto
  • Monitoring, automation and patch management using Kaseya
  • Supporting networking infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
  • Escalating complex issues to 3rd Line where appropriate and working closely with senior engineers

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in a 2nd Line or similar technical support role
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments
  • Hands-on experience with Kaseya and Datto (or similar RMM/backup tools)
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • A proactive mindset and great communication skills
