3rd Line Support - Infrastructure Focus

We're looking for a motivated IT Engineer with 3+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, ideally within a Managed Service Provider. This is a great opportunity to step into a client-facing, project-focused role while delivering high-level support and acting as an escalation point for junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 3rd-line support (remote & on-site)
• Manage & troubleshoot Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Work with virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware) & cloud solutions (M365, Google Apps, AWS)
• Handle networking (VLANs, VPNs, IP routing) & backup systems (Veeam)
• Support tools like Intune, MDT, Lucidlink, Egnyte, and endpoint security solutions
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and documentation

• Strong technical problem-solver

• Passionate about infrastructure, automation & cloud tech
