IT Support Technician

Location: Sheffield

Salary: Up To £35,000

Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for support and client success? We're looking for an IT Support Technician with 3+ years of experience in IT Support.

You'll be helping clients with their day-to-day IT needs - from troubleshooting technical issues to assisting with system administration and general user support. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

• Password Resets
• User Management
• User licenses
• Client Onboarding/Offboarding
• Troubleshoot and manage networks (VLANs, VPNs, IP routing)
• Use tools like Intune, SharePoint and Azure

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years in IT support (MSP background preferred)
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization
• Experience with networking, backups and cloud platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own workload
