Title - Maintenance Supervisor/ Data Centre Operations Manager

Travel: This role requires candidates to be located within one-hour form EN1 1TX, Crown Rd, Enfield, UK

Role Type: 3 month’s Contract (Onsite)

Core working hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Years of experience - 5 years of experience in similar Background

Notice Period: Immediate to 2 weeks

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Centre Operations Manager / Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of mission‐critical data Centre facilities. This role is key to ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient operations across 24/7 environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor critical systems (power, cooling, fire, security)
• Lead and support a team of data Centre engineers and technicians
• Oversee preventive maintenance, incident management, and emergency response
• Ensure SLA compliance and high client satisfaction
• Coordinate with vendors and support new technology implementations
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in data Centre operations
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems
• Relevant data Centre certifications (CompTIA Server+, DCCA preferred)
