Desktop Support Engineer
A leading bank is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on long-term contract basis where they will support users with the ongoing VDI migration issues within EMEA.
Required Skillset:
- Must have experience with virtual desktop technologies - Citrix and VMware Horizon
- Must have exposure to end user migrations, experience of working alongside migration teams to support users
- Very strong communication skills
- Comfortable with day-to-day user facing role
- Very delivery orientated, efficient resolution of migration problems
- Customer facing, great attitude
- Used to troubleshooting a wide variety of issues
- Used to knowledge sharing, building FAQs for the environment
- Financial Service experience or equivalent large corporate environments
*Based in Chester office - 3 days per week*
