Information Technology Support Engineer

A leading SaaS organisation is seeking a proactive and engaging IT Support Engineer to join their onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide AV support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, and onsite events.
  • Deliver high-quality, in-person desktop support to end users.
  • Deploy, configure, and support Mac hardware, including break/fix activities.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
  • Log, track, and manage incidents through a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues where appropriate and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support users across a modern SaaS-based technology environment.

Technical Environment:

  • Google Workspace
  • Okta
  • Jamf
  • Slack
  • macOS devices

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Around 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support role.
  • Background supporting users within a SaaS or technology-led environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Mac hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Confident providing AV and meeting room support.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and structured troubleshooting.
  • Proactive, engaging, and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong culture fit with a collaborative, service-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in a busy office environment.

*On site 5 days per week in London Office*
