The Workplace Experience Partner is responsible for shaping a welcoming, well‐run office environment where teams feel supported and able to do their best work. You’ll own the day‐to‐day onsite experience, balancing operational excellence with a people‐first, hospitality‐led approach, while partnering closely with facilities and cross‐functional teams.
The Role
This is a hands‐on, autonomous role sitting at the intersection of culture, operations, and site engagement. You’ll take ownership of the onsite experience, working proactively to ensure the office runs smoothly, issues are resolved before they escalate, and the environment continues to evolve as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including meeting spaces, supplies, and site rhythm
- Manage relationships with onsite vendors to ensure high‐quality service delivery
- Support health & safety standards and a safe, inclusive workplace
- Partner with facilities teams on space planning, moves, and occupancy needs
- Act as a key point of connection between onsite teams and internal partners
About You
- Approachable, proactive, and confident operating with autonomy
- Experienced supporting teams in fast‐paced, growing environments
- Comfortable owning office or site operations end‐to‐end
- A natural problem‐solver with a strong people‐first mindset

Background
You’re likely to have 5–8 years’ experience in workplace experience, office management, operations, hospitality, or similar roles within tech or high‐growth environments. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and being visible and present onsite.
