Solutions Architect
Ideal candidates will bring experience in retirement, pensions, or advice management, with a particular focus on strategies that attract and retain customers. A solid background in delivering technical solutions within the financial advice sector is essential, along with familiarity with third-party platforms such as Dynamic Planner. Integration capabilities are important, as is proficiency in Salesforce CRM for managing and tracking the customer base. Knowledge of AI Cortex within Salesforce is also highly desirable, reflecting the organization's commitment to leveraging intelligent tools in its advice delivery framework.
The preferred location for this role is London. The architect will play a key role in designing and supporting the delivery of the Advice roadmap, contributing directly to the organization's strategic plan for 2026.
Desired Experience;
- Experience within Pension/Retirement Funds or Advice Management
- Knowledge of Advice 3rd Part Platforms (Eg: Dynamic Planner, Morningstar, Moneytree, etc)
- Salesforce CRM Experience (Also around Ai Cortex)
