NEC Housing Implementation Consultant

Our client - Local Government - is seeking the addition of an experienced NEC Housing Implementation Consultant on an interim basis to support the delivery of key Programme priorities.

Key skills/experience:

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring NEC Housing solutions within a Local Authority or Housing Association environment.
• Detailed knowledge of NEC Repairs, repairs workflows, scheduling and appointment management.
• Experience of Plentific integration and designing digital repairs/self-service solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of delivering NEC Housing solution design, requirements gathering, configuration testing, UAT, training and transition into live service.
• Experience implementing NEC ASB and Case Management modules, including workflow configuration, process redesign and service improvement.
• Strong understanding of DTI/Communications Suite, reporting and management information requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service leads, operational teams and programme stakeholders to design future-state processes and realise business benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.

This role is London based with hybrid working.
