Title: Project Manager with SAP PLM

Mars Snacking is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Agile Scrum Master with deep expertise in SAP PLM Recipe Management to support and lead global SAP initiatives across the Snacking portfolio. This role will serve as a key delivery leader, responsible for driving Agile execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of SAP PLM capabilities aligned with Mars’ business and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Agile Scrum Master on SAP programs
• Hands-on experience with SAP PLM, specifically Recipe Management (required)
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments
• Experience working in CPG, food & beverage, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional global teams
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
