Role Description

As an Internal Account Manager - Major Accounts, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by managing communications, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities. On a daily basis, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, track sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Swindon, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within IT, networking, or technology distribution
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models and distribution ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, energetic approach to sales with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 base DOE + £15,000 OTE
