Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise ServiceNow engagements. The ideal candidate will manage delivery teams, engage with customer stakeholders, ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions, and drive continuous platform improvements while maintaining high quality and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
Own project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising Developers, Technical Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA engineers.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices.
Provide technical and delivery leadership across ServiceNow modules such as:
ITSM
ITOM
ITAM
HRSD
CSM
CMDB
Discovery
Service Mapping
Review solution architecture and ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
Manage customer communication, status reporting, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, governance, testing, and release management.
Mentor team members and support capability development.
Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and operational excellence.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of:
ITIL processes
ServiceNow platform architecture
JavaScript & Glide API
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
REST/SOAP integrations
CMDB & CSDM
Experience managing distributed/global delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Strong project management and delivery governance experience.
Exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
