A growing Fintech business in Manchester is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join their expanding cloud infrastructure team.
This is a great opportunity to work in a modern cloud-native environment, helping to scale and improve platforms used by enterprise customers across the UK and internationally.
You’ll be working across GCP, Kubernetes and Terraform, focusing on automation, infrastructure reliability, CI/CD and platform scalability within a collaborative engineering-led culture.

GCP | Kubernetes (GKE) | Terraform | CI/CD | Linux | Prometheus/Grafana | PowerShell
What you’ll be doing
- Building and improving cloud infrastructure within GCP
- Managing Kubernetes workloads in GKE
- Delivering Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Improving monitoring, reliability and platform performance
- Supporting secure, scalable cloud environments
What they’re looking for
- Commercial GCP experience however other cloud platform experience could be considered
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD and automation
- Understanding of cloud security and networking
- Linux and/or Windows administration experience
- Monitoring/observability tooling experience
