Enterprise Sales Leader - New Business/B2B SaaS
I'm supporting one of Manchester's most prominent Private Equity backed B2B SaaS businesses, with a key (and critical) senior sales hire. They are looking for a new business focused, enterprise sales professional to support the CRO with team and strategy leadership, for Enterprise sales. You’ll be leading a small team of talented Senior BDMs who don’t need daily tactical management, but would flourish under the leadership of a progressive sales leader. You'll still have IC responsibility and look to engage Retail/FMCG clients globally, you’ll be adept at delivering 6 figure deals. You’ll drive current account expansion, big logo acquisition and explore new sector development. Experience of selling data platforms/products would be highly advantageous. It’ll be important that you understand Challenger and SPIN selling methodologies, and be able to forecast using MEDDIC. Experience of building a channel partner network, would be advantageous too.
Manchester is the businesses HQ and so an appetite to be there, at least 2-4 days a month, will be needed. £100-120k on a base plus strong commission incentives (personal and team related).
