Technical Account Manager – Enterprise – IpaaS/SaaS

I’m looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring strong retention while driving commercial growth and maximising value on my clients’ industry leading IPaaS platform. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and a clear focus on expansion, acting as a trusted advisor to support scalable integrations, APIs, and data workflows.

You will build strong relationships across technical and business stakeholders, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and drive adoption of integration capabilities. Working closely with Solution Engineering, Product, and Support teams, you will translate business needs into effective technical outcomes and ensure successful delivery of integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience in a customer facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect, with a strong understanding of IPaaS, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems. You should be comfortable discussing integration patterns, architectures, and best practices, explaining complex concepts clearly, and collaborating cross functionally while contributing to both retention and revenue growth through a consultative approach.

The role will be based in my clients Manchester office and will be paying £50-60,000 plus wider incentives.
