Based in London, Altered Resourcing aims to deliver better candidates, improved interview outcomes, and accelerated hiring for its clients.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing tailored recruitment strategies will be core aspects of the role. The Consultant will also act as a trusted advisor for clients, ensuring strong relationships are built while supporting them in identifying and hiring top talent.

• Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Consulting expertise to provide insight-driven support to clients
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate evaluation
• Excellent Communication skills for both client and candidate interactions
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Background or interest in the IT industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
