🚀 We are hiring a Senior Application Support Analyst to join their team on-site at a premier tech hub in Glasgow, driving operational excellence across high-volume portfolio management, order execution, and trade-booking engines.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Own the Core: Deliver L2/L3 production support for elite Front Office workflows.

🔹 Solve Real Problems: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and interface directly with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and engineering teams.

🔹 Automate Everything: Use Python to build custom monitoring tools, automate workflows, and optimise high-grade SQL datasets.

🧠 What You Bring:

✔️ 5+ years in investment management or capital markets tech.

✔️ Deep hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin.

✔️ Strong SQL troubleshooting capabilities and Python scripting experience.

✔️ Sharp domain knowledge of the front-office trade lifecycle.
