Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop technology teams, including developers and IT specialists.
- Oversee delivery of digital product roadmaps, ensuring tools meet operational needs.
- Ensure technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Lead the AI programme, evaluating opportunities and embedding emerging technologies.
- Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage technology budgets and third-party contracts to maximise value.
- Build external networks to identify digital trends and enhance organisational impact.
