Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop technology teams, including developers and IT specialists.
• Oversee delivery of digital product roadmaps, ensuring tools meet operational needs.
• Ensure technology infrastructure is resilient, secure, and fit for purpose.
• Lead the AI programme, evaluating opportunities and embedding emerging technologies.
• Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Manage technology budgets and third-party contracts to maximise value.
• Build external networks to identify digital trends and enhance organisational impact.
