Are you an experienced Finance Systems professional looking to make a global impact? We're seeking a Finance Systems Lead to join a dynamic international charity headquartered in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical systems work that underpins meaningful, worldwide change.

As Finance Systems Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for our finance systems infrastructure, with a key focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Jet Reporting. You will take the lead on an upcoming system upgrade project, ensuring its successful delivery and alignment with our strategic goals.

• Lead the upgrade of our finance system, managing end-to-end implementation and stakeholder engagement

• Maintain and optimise Business Central, ensuring smooth functionality across international teams

• Build and develop Jet Reports to meet evolving reporting requirements

• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve processes, data integrity, and system performance

• Provide training and support to users across the organisation

• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants

• Proven experience leading a major finance system upgrade, ideally within a multi-national or charity environment

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Advanced skills in Jet Reporting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting needs

• Excellent communication and project management skills
