Finance Systems - Transformation Manager

We're partnering with a high-growth, multi-entity business undergoing significant finance transformation and looking to appoint a Finance Systems and Transformation Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering its finance systems roadmap.

This is a high-impact role focused on the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, alongside the design and implementation of the future-state finance operating model, processes, controls, reporting and systems landscape.

The role will suit someone who can operate at the intersection of finance, systems, process improvement and change, acting as a key bridge between finance stakeholders, IT teams and external implementation partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Acting as the key finance representative across ERP transition activity.
• Designing and embedding scalable finance processes, controls and procedures.
• Defining the future-state finance systems landscape and operating model.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, reporting improvement and process efficiency.
• Ensuring data integrity, governance and reporting capability across finance systems.
• Managing system updates, enhancements, integrations and improvement requests.
• Supporting change management, training and adoption across finance users.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in finance systems management and ERP implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
• Experience designing and improving finance processes, controls and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, IT and wider business functions.
• Analytical problem-solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with consolidation or reporting tools such as OneStream would be advantageous.
• A finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA would be beneficial.
