Immediate Requirement
A fast-growing Technology organisation is building out its Enterprise Systems capability and is looking for a hands-on Jira Service Management Consultant to support enterprise workflow, ITSM and operational tooling initiatives.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can operate autonomously, work closely with technical stakeholders and hit the ground running.
Key Experience
- Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Atlassian ecosystem
- ITSM / Service Desk tooling
- Workflow automation and configuration
- Integrations and operational tooling
- CMDB / Assets / Insight experience beneficial
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise Jira Service Management environments
- Support workflow automation and service process improvements
- Work across enterprise systems and operational tooling
- Support integrations across wider technology environments
- Collaborate with technical and operational stakeholders globally
Strong preference for hands-on implementation-focused consultants rather than Agile/Scrum delivery-only backgrounds.
