A fast-growing, venture-backed media and technology business is seeking a high-calibre M&A Consultant to support its continued expansion. Operating at the intersection of digital content, data, and online marketplaces, the company has built a leading consumer platform and is now accelerating its growth through strategic acquisitions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercially driven and entrepreneurial team, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, evaluation, execution, and integration
- Build detailed financial models, valuations, and investment materials
- Lead and coordinate financial and commercial due diligence processes
- Assist in structuring and negotiating transactions
- Support post-acquisition integration and performance monitoring
- Conduct market research and identify strategic growth opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- ACA / CA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 firm
- Experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or M&A Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in digital, media, and marketplace businesses
- Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
