Engagement Manager (UK Lead) | Fast-Growing GenAI Consultancy | London

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy at the intersection of AI, Strategy, and Transformation - early enough to shape its direction, with real client demand already in play.

I am looking for an Engagement Manager / UK lead who is ready to move beyond slideware and into the real-world application of emerging technologies. You will be the first international hire and will be pivotal to the growth of the organisation internationally.

This is not a traditional tech or advisory role. You will work closely with senior leaders across private equity, scale-ups, and enterprise, helping them understand, prioritise, and implement GenAI where it matters most. From C-suite engagement and workflow re-design to internal capability building, you will help clients move from ideas to action.

What were looking for:

• Top-tier consulting experience (MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy& etc.)
• Strong expertise and passion for GenAI and naturally curious about how AI is reshaping work and decision-making.
• Can translate emerging technology into clear business value
• Have a strong commercial instinct and client-handling ability
• Want to be part of building something and have a voice in how it grows
• Are based in the Netherlands or open to relocating (hybrid flexibility available)
