I am currently partnered with a leading global technology consultancy as they continue their exciting growth journey in the UK. The organisation is know for combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with public sector bodies to help them modernise services, improve outcomes and deliver sustainable change.
They are currently looking for a Manager within a growing, and entrepreneurial, health-focused consulting team supporting public sector clients.
The role will involve leading high-impact programmes across the NHS and wider UK health system, spanning strategy through delivery, with a strong focus on technology-enabled change including digital platforms, data and AI-driven solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex health sector engagements
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Act as the primary client interface
- Drive quality, pace and outcomes across programmes
- Support practice growth through business development and service development
- Coach and develop consultants within the team
About You
- 6–10 years’ experience in NHS or health sector consulting and/or operational roles
- Proven delivery leadership on complex programmes
- Commercially aware and confident with senior stakeholders
Experience in one or more of:
- Operational or performance improvement
- Programme or portfolio delivery
- Digital / technology-enabled transformation (EPR, AI, Microsoft, data)
- Finance, cost or value improvement
