Overview of the role:
This is an Associate delivery role focused on executing high-quality searches across functions and geographies. The role combines hands-on executive search delivery with market intelligence and strategic stakeholder partnership. It plays a critical part in building strong leadership pipelines, providing data-driven hiring insights, and strengthening long-term talent strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and maintains exceptionally high standards of execution and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search Delivery
- Collaborate with HR/TA team to deliver complex leadership searches across functions and geographies
- Lead research for junior and mid-senior mandates
- Build high-quality longlists and shortlists using advanced research methodologies
- Produce clear, insight-driven candidate assessments and briefing materials
- Manage candidate engagement professionally and confidentially throughout the search lifecycle
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for critical leadership roles
Market Intelligence & Insight
- Deliver talent mapping, competitor benchmarking and organisational analysis
- Track executive movements and leadership market trends
- Produce actionable market insight reports to inform strategic workforce decisions
- Analyse search data to identify risks, gaps and opportunity areas
- Contribute to continuous improvement of search processes and tools
Collaboration
- Partner closely with Talent Attraction and the wider People function
- Build trusted relationships with senior hiring leaders and HR stakeholders
- Represent the organisation externally as a values-led, purpose-driven employer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in one of the following environments:
- Management consulting recruiting
- Large tech firms recruiting consulting
- High-growth tech or fintech start-ups recruiting operations or consulting profiles
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments; comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Strong execution mindset with focus on outcomes
- Advanced user or administrator of ATS platforms
- Resilience and ability to manage multiple concurrent senior searches
- Strong top-down communication skills and confidence engaging with Partners and senior stakeholders
