About the Role

We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to join a dedicated RPO delivery team supporting a sovereign AI client — a pre-launch scale-up organisation developing and operating cutting-edge AI infrastructure. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant technology infrastructure build-outs in recent years.

You'll work closely with the Talent Solutions Lead to deliver large-scale recruitment activity, focusing on technical, operational, and leadership hires. You won't be embedded directly within the client but will form part of an internal RPO delivery function driving delivery excellence during a rapid growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment solutions as part of the RPO delivery team, reporting to and collaborating with the Talent Solutions Lead.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, qualifying, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages.
• Support high-volume hiring across data centre operations, security, infrastructure engineering, software, and commercial roles.
• Prioritise hiring needs, manage pipelines, and deliver against agreed project milestones.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools to align with evolving workforce requirements.
• Ensure a first-class candidate experience that represents the client's employer brand effectively.
• Provide accurate reporting, market intelligence, and progress updates to support stakeholder visibility and workforce planning.
• Meet delivery targets while maintaining a high-quality, consultative service approach.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, or Talent Partner within Data Centre recruitment.
• Knowledge of data centre, IT infrastructure, or AI technology sectors preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative team player, ideally with experience in RPO or project-based delivery models.
