Salesforce Integration Developer
Amass Technology are supporting a major client delivering a large-scale implementation of nCino on top of Salesforce. As part of this programme, we are looking for two Integration Developers with strong experience building and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
These roles will sit within a high-performing delivery team responsible for connecting nCino, Salesforce, core banking systems, and external third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between nCino, Salesforce, and external systems
- Develop and implement APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration services
- Work closely with architects to translate solution designs into robust technical implementations
- Build and support data flows between CRM, banking, and downstream systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Support deployment and release activities across environments
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on development experience within Salesforce ecosystems
- Proven experience delivering system integrations (APIs, Middleware, ETL, event-driven architecture)
- Solid understanding of REST/SOAP services and data transformation techniques
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments (eg, financial services preferred)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within agile delivery teams
Highly Desirable
- Experience with nCino integrations or implementations
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar
- Knowledge of banking/lending/commercial finance processes
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
